Register today and raise $500 before February 15, 2018* to earn a ballot in the Early Bird Draw to encounter Belugas, Bears and Blooms in the Northern sun. Every $500 you raise by February 15, 2018 equals an additional ballot entry. The more you fundraise, the better your chances to win.

Beluga whales by the thousands, colourful blooms erupting over the tundra, and you, soaking up the northern sun; how could summer get any better? Frontiers North’s Belugas, Bears & Blooms adventure combines the best that summer in Churchill has to offer.

By land, take in the magnificent landscapes while you explore the Churchill Wildlife Management Area by official Tundra Buggy®, witnessing a multitude of northern wildlife in their natural environment.

By water, explore the Churchill river estuary by tour boat and zodiac, or - for the more adventurous - get even closer to Churchill’s belugas with an amazing kayaking or snorkeling experience.

This unique unescorted summer experience will leave you in awe of the beauty of Canada's north.

 

The Experience

Beluga whales by the thousands, colourful blooms erupting over the tundra, and you, soaking up the Northern sun how could summer get any better?

 

Itinerary

Return flights to and from a major Canadian International Airport to Winnipeg, MB will be provided by WWF-Canada

  • Day 1: The Adventure Begins in Winnipeg

    Guests will arrive into Winnipeg and check into the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel at the Winnipeg airport. The tour begins with the evening meet and greet with a Frontiers North Representative. Meals: None

  • Day 2: Churchill

    Early morning flight to Churchill. Activities: Churchill Town & Area Tour; Parks Canada Interpretive Centre; Churchill’s Eskimo Museum. Meals: None

  • Day 3: Beluga Boat Tour

    Activities: Three-hour boat tour on the Churchill River; walking tour of Prince of Wales Fort; afternoon dog-carting excursion. Meals: B

  • Day 4: Tundra Buggy Adventure

    Activities: Zodiac boat ride on the Churchill River; 6-hour Tundra Buggy excursion in Churchill Wildlife Management Area. Meals: B, L

  • Day 5: Last Day in Churchill

    Free time in Churchill before a flight back to Winnipeg. Guests will check in to the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. Meals: B

  • Day 6: Time to Head Home

    Guests may depart Winnipeg at their leisure. Meals: None
